Job Summary
We are seeking a sharp-eyed, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team in a hybrid retail and e-commerce role. You will process unique donations, manage floor stock, operate our SeoSamba POS system, and curate high-value items for online listing. This role carries a high-earning potential with a competitive 30% sales commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & POS Operations: Process customer transactions, track sales, and manage inventory seamlessly using the SEO Samba POS system.
- In-Store Operations: Sort incoming goods, determine salability, and maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor.
- E-commerce Curation: Identify high-value vintage, branded, or collectible items for online resale.
- Photography & Online Listing: Take clean, detailed photos and compose accurate, search-optimized listing descriptions for digital platforms.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Store, package, and ship online orders securely within 24–48 hours.
Qualifications & Skills:
- The "Thrift Eye": Strong knowledge of fashion trends, vintage items, and resale values for hard goods.
- Tech & POS Proficiency: Hands-on experience or fast adaptability with digital listing platforms and SEO Samba POS systems.
- Customer Service & Writing: Friendly demeanor for in-store shoppers paired with clear written communication for online listings.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30–50 lbs of donation crates.
