At Gone For Good Aurora, we want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please review our return guidelines below.

5-Day Refund Window

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within 5 days of delivery.
For these returns, you may choose between:
  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit for the full amount.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. In these cases, Gone For Good Aurora will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
