Gone for Good – Shipping & Pickup Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because we specialize in unique, secondhand, and vintage items, we do not offer shipping or delivery services at this time. All purchases made through our online store are available exclusively for Local Pickup Only.

Please review our pickup guidelines below before placing your order:

1. Pickup Location & Hours

All items must be picked up at our retail location.

  • Pickup Address: 16710 E 2nd Ave, Aurora, Colorado 80011
  • Pickup Hours: Tue - Sat: 9 am - 5 pm, Sun - Mon: Closed

2. Pickup Window

  • After completing your purchase, you will receive a pickup confirmation email.
  • Items must be picked up within [e.g., 5 business days] of purchase.

  • If you need extra time due to scheduling or requiring a larger vehicle, please contact us immediately at (303) 353-2843 or dcamit@goneforgoodstore.com to make arrangements. Items left abandoned past the pickup window without prior communication may be subject to restocking fees or cancellation.

3. What to Bring

To ensure a smooth pickup process, please bring:

  • A copy of your Order Confirmation Email (digital or printed).
  • A valid Government-issued ID matching the name on the order.
  • If someone else is picking up the item on your behalf, please notify us in advance via email with their full name.

4. Loading & Transport

  • Bring Your Own Vehicle & Assistance: Please ensure your vehicle is large enough to accommodate your purchase. Customers are responsible for loading and securing their own items.
  • Packing Materials: We do not provide boxes, bubble wrap, or furniture blankets. Please bring any necessary materials to protect your items during transit.

5. Inspection Policy

Because our inventory consists of thrifted, vintage, and unique goods, we highly encourage you to inspect your items thoroughly before leaving the premises. All sales are final once the items leave our store.
